Indian Dance

indiandance1.jpg            Dance is a way of life in the Indian Community. With the varieties of dance forms and musical instruments, it is of no wonder how influential this aesthetic form is to the community. In JWPS, we strive for our dancers to be skillful in the different forms of dances that represent the community and nurture the passion and love they have for dancing.

As we indulge in a plethora of movements, from classical to folk, we believe our dancers would be able to showcase their talents in all aspects of dance. With the opportunities to perform externally and during competitions like SYF, our dancers are imbued with the skills and confidence to be better dancers and learn how to give back to the society.

We are proud to have forged a strong bond and unwavering rapport with the dancers and continue to strive towards creating a conducive environment for them to learn and showcase their skills.

Currently with 20 members, we hope to welcome more dancers who have the passion and love for dance. We also would like to welcome dancers of other races so that we can learn from each other.
